You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.50 per package; please check the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product, along with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging, must be returned to the seller. If the product or its packaging is damaged more than necessary for testing purposes, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for return shipping.
