What currency are the prices I see in the site?

Why is there no invoice with my order?
To reduce paper use, we have decided not to send invoices or packing slips in your package. You'll receive your invoice by mail.
How long does shipping take?
NL-BE: 1-2 business days
EU : 2-4 business days
UK : 4-6 business days
USA : 7 -12 business days
AU : 9-12 business days
What are the shipping costs?
the shipping costs are calculated in the ordering process. You can also see this in your shopping cart by clicking on "calculate shipping costs".
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders made before 16.00 hours on workingdays wil be shipped the same day. Average shipping times are 2-21 business days excluding holidays, depending your location.
Tracking numbers will be updated the day your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't receive a tracking number please email us at info@decodeb.com.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@decodeb.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
I placed an order, but changed my mind.
A: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it. After we have received the package you will receive the refund.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?
A: Of course i can happen an article is not as you expected or you have changed your mind. You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
I ordered the wrong item or the wrong color. Can I exchange it?
That is not a problem at all. You can make a return notification for this in your My DecoDeb account. Here you can also indicate that you want to exchange for another item. The shipping label for the return is at your own expense.
Until when can I return my order?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include name and order number on the returned parcels.
Is the shipping label for the return free of charge?
No the shipping label for the return is at your own expense.
